A bit of snow in the north east, so I kinda curled up with one of my favorite books . . . John Saladino's ' Villa.' The curling up thing takes some maneuvering because the book is about 14" square. . .closed! When he purchased the Santa Barbara villa, it was close to ruin and now after it's 4 year transformation, it is probably one of the most beautiful homes in the world. It is a great read and photo gallery depicting his love of architectural design. He named it Villa di lemma, one he worked out brilliantly!!!!
